What method of shipping do we use?

Majority of our packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. The method depends on the size and the weight of the item.

How long does it take to process an order?

We generally process all in stock orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Drop ship items or Special Orders generally take 7-10 business days to ship out from the manufacturer.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and your shipping address location. 

What is drop ship?

Orders with drop ship only will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, fulfillment and delivery times may vary and be longer than our standard shipping. 

Free Shipping Eligibility:

Orders totaling $99+ USD or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). This offer does not apply to shipments destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other non-continental U.S. territories, which may be subject to additional shipping charges.
