Price Match Policy

Think You Found a Lower Price? Great! If it's in bounds, we'll match it!

At 5 Under Golf Center, we aim to be the best price and best value every day—no gimmicks, no games. But if you find a better deal out there, we’ve got you covered with our Price Match Guarantee**.

These requirements must be met for a Price Match Guarantee:

1. The retailer must be authorized by the brand.

The competitor must be recognized by the manufacturer as an authorized retailer. Re-sellers, marketplaces, clearance shops, etc. are not accepted (including e-Bay, Amazon, Etsy, and others). This helps protect you from counterfeits, especially in today’s golf market.

Not sure if they’re authorized? Most major brands list this info on their websites.

Brands we work with include not limited to:

Callaway Golf, Titleist, Cleveland Golf/ Srixon / XXIO / Never Compromise, Cobra / Puma, Ping, and many more. 

Only prices from items sold and shipped directly by the authorized retailer are eligible; third-party marketplace sellers are excluded.

2. The product must be identical and in stock.

We’re talking same brand, model, size, color, specification (everything.) Whether it's a pair of shoes or a full set of clubs, it has to be the exact same item in new condition and ready to ship.

3. Individual products only; no bundles or part of a discounted program.

Items included in a bundled package, discount program, and/or discounted sets are excluded from our price match program. For example, a competitor may show a lower price as part of a membership discount, or a"Buy One, Get One," or "Free Driver included with..." program.

These discount programs make the product less than identical, thereby disqualifying it from our price match.

Made a purchase and saw the price drop a week later? No stress. With our 14-Day Price Protection, you’re still in the game.

If the price of your item goes down within 14 days of your purchase, we’ll refund the difference through store credit.

Just stop by our store, give us a call, live chat, or shoot us an email at orders@fiveundergolf.com with your receipt, and we’ll take care of it.
